Into the Dark

1511353_142555916120049_2814242042509191341_nThe more I research the field of paranormal investigation for my book, the more I find my own personal interest the field grow. I have gone out and done EVP sessions using digital recorders and ITC software which have yielded incredible intelligent responses.

The more I investigate, the more activity I seem to find. It causes me to question everything I have always been certain about. This has been a wonderful experience.

Most of the contact has been positive. There have been some negative and malicious responses, but I’m in control of the sessions, and I send those things away, or cut communication with them altogether.

The fear I initially had has subsided. I am more confident in my experiments. I have also met several in the field who have offered their sage wisdom and experience. I am often reminded by these men and women that there is no expert in this field. We are all pioneers trying to learn what we can; each of us exploring unknown territory.

Maybe there are some who are lost; in need of help finding the way to move on. Maybe prayer is the key in that.

One night, a couple weeks ago, while heading home, I ran my EchoVox. Almost immediately I heard a voice say “help me.” I asked, “what can I do?” In response the voice said, “pray.” So I did.

As I prayed, I heard several voices proclaim, “glory to God!,” “Heaven!,” “Light!,” and “Peace!” Maybe it was the wonder of the moment or the rate of the clear responses, but I felt like something amazing was happening.

I will continue to seek, learn, and discover. Who knows what is to come ahead?

Nice. I have a lot of experience with this sort of thing, but it’s not something I talk about in public very much because most people are closed minded.

I’ve always been fascinated by EVP phenomena but have never been so bold as to actually try it. Have you done more since this?
